How do i set up a tour of the space?

Where is this space located?
388 West Events is located in Berea, Ohio hosted and shared by Renew Communities.
Reservation does require agreement or neutrality with Renew Communities’ values.

Will there be someone on-site during my event?
Absolutely! We will have a facility host there before, during, and after your event. This is included as a part of the cost of renting our space.

What types of decorations can we bring?
Yes, bring decorations that do not require attachment to the wall, ceiling, or tables. Decorations such as loose glitter, rice, flower petals, confetti, paint, finger paint, nails, sticky tack, glue, and tape are not permitted.
Balloons are permitted but must be attached to a weight / not stuck directly to tables.
Live flames are only permitted in flame-resistant containers and placed on the stage or on a table.

Can we bring outside food or catering?
For sure! We encourage you to bring your own food or catering for your event. We just ask that you clean up and remove trash to the on-site dumpster at the end of your event.
We do have some catering partners if you are looking for options.

Is Alcohol allowed on site?
Yes, beer and wine is allowed on the premises. A 388 West event coordinator would be required to be onsite at all times. Number of attendees and type of event can impact requirements to have a security guard and bartender on site paid for by the renter.
